These Terms of Use govern your purchase of and access to Tinsel Takes Sides (the “Game”), operated by Samira Nzanza, San Antonio, Texas, United States (“we”, “us”). By purchasing or using the Game, you agree to these terms.

1. Digital purchase and access

The Game is a browser-based digital product sold for a one-time price of $19.99. Your purchase includes access to three playthroughs. Access is provided after your purchase is verified.

2. Purchase verification

After checkout, you verify your purchase email using a one-time code. You are responsible for keeping access to that email address and for any activity under your verified access.

3. Personal, noncommercial use

Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Game for personal, noncommercial play with family and friends.

4. Restrictions

• Do not share, sell, resell, sublicense, or transfer your access.
• Do not copy, record for redistribution, reproduce, or distribute the Game or its content without permission.
• Do not attempt to bypass purchase verification or access controls.

5. Devices and connectivity

You are responsible for providing a compatible device, browser, and internet connection, and any equipment used to display the Game on a TV.

6. Intellectual property

The Game, including its name, artwork, questions, and design, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the Game available, but access may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our control.

8. Sales are final

All sales are final. See our Refund Policy.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Game is provided “as is,” and our total liability relating to the Game is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
