We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase is complete, including for change of mind or unused playthroughs.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be waived. Where such law requires a remedy, we will comply with it.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Disputes raised with your card issuer are handled under the issuer’s and Stripe’s procedures.
