Sign-in (Clerk)
Email code sign-in is provided by Clerk, which processes your email address to send and verify one-time codes.
Purchase verification (Cloudflare)
Your purchase entitlement is stored and checked using Cloudflare services so that only verified purchasers can open the Game.
Cookies and security
We use cookies or similar storage that are necessary to keep you signed in and protect access to the Game. This website also stores your snowfall on/off preference in your browser.
Analytics
We do not use website analytics.
How we use information
To process your purchase, verify your access, provide support, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Retention
Purchase records will be retained for 7 years for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal compliance purposes. Customer game-access records will be retained for as long as needed to maintain purchased access, unless deletion is required by law. Payment card details are handled securely by Stripe and are not stored directly by Tinsel Takes Sides.
